Re: What are foods that reduce fecal odor?
There may be an MD or medical practioner who has experience in treating your problem. The right medical practioner might be able to spare you from years of self-experimentation.
The following is information that I have gleened from many misspent years on the web.
Many people seen to believe that fecal
Body Odor is caused by "leaky gut". Do a websearch on "leaky gut". The theory is that the intestines have become porous and the volatile products of digestion (poo odor)leak into the blood stream. The skin does its' job by eliminating the toxic digestive products by pushing them through to its' surface and out of the blood stream.
The reported treatment for this problem seems to be threefold:
1. Treating "leaky gut". Of course, due to genetic variability, your gut may natually be more more leaky than average.
2. Ingesting substances that will absorb the volatile digestive products and help keep them from leaking through the intestines.
3. Improving the digestion, so that less partially digested food enters your intestines.
In any event, a websearch on "fecal
Body Odor " or other variations on the subject should provide you with plenty to read.
Good luck.
