That is super scary...we are almost one in the same. My period started 2/1 as well and they are coming about every 4 weeks

I have used the chart which is extremely helpful, I am just SO scared to try the cream as I am afraid the Acne will turn to boils which I have heard it can cause, but then on second thought it can't be much worse I guess!

I am also keeping a journal about 1 week before my period all hell breaks loose the acne, my emotional state, mood swings etc etc

I was in a meeting 1 hour ago and I actually had to excuse myself bc they were piling up more work on us and I was about to blow at the big boss so I thought it best to just excuse myself and cry in the bathroom before I say something I would regret and get fired.

I am sitting here working and I can't concentrate...I honestly feel as if I am having an out of body experience or something.

I asked my boss if I could take off Thurs and Fri to just take some time for myself while the kiddos are in school

I don't mean to sound dreadful this is just SO horrible...I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Thank you all....I swear this forum has become like the Bible for me in giving me comfort and strength
