My liver wouldnt detoxify if I didnt take supplements like Ultra Clear Plus and Livertone and I would have just got worse and worse. Die-off isnt always a good thing if it goes on and on - it means you are stressing your organs of elimination. I listened to people saying all my symptoms were die-off and they were not. My liver was getting more and more sick and I was getting more and more toxic. If you havent got the correct nutrients to help you detox your liver simply becomes even more overwhelmed. Be wary of people telling you die-off is a good thing - yes it is to a point but if you get it from a small amount of candex your liver is probably already is a very toxic state and you need to take steps to help improve its function.

EDIT: Also be wary of people telling you to cut out completely all carbohydrates and all grains doing starvation diets. It can cause real bad problems for kidneys and liver...as I have found out.
