Ultra Clear Plus is a good start if you can tolerate some of the ingredients. It really helps support the liver and its detox pathways. If you have a leaky gut be careful with liver flushing. Some people on here in the past have experienced negative results. It often feels like a vicious circle because with leaky gut the liver is very compromised so taking antifungals can be extremely uncomfortable and most of the time you just simply reabsorb. I have most of the problems you mention. I am concentrating on supporting my liver as much as possible and then my adrenals. If you go in and kill off loads of candida you can create an even more toxic environment which then fuels candida overgrowth. I was told to concentrate on strengthening my organs initially. I also have mental health issues (anxiety, depression, panic attacks and agrophobia) and have found it extremely helpful to work through these with a trained professional. Its been hard with having chronic fatgiue because talking about emotions can in itself be exhausting. However I have found it to be an enormous help which has had a knock-on effect to my emotional/physical health, however until my liver and adrenals recover (and I clear candida) I dont expect to feel totally well emotionally.
