If herx is too much, lower dosage till you can tolerate it.
You need to keep on using the anti fungals (+ diet) for months. You WILL get sicker and have herxheimers which is GOOD. Any CHANGE is good and says you're on the right way.
No change is bad.

Treatment for candida and leaky gut are the same.
Your symptoms could all be because of candida/leaky gut.

This is BS. If the product works you will probably get die off. If you don't the dosage is low, your body kan throw out the toxins, or your case is not so strong (but your case is tough).

I could repeat all or you can give it a look ;) It is in my opinion a very good programm.

They say you MAY NOT take vitamins and minerals (so no ultraclear plus), because candida can use it to protect itself.

To help detox you can add psylium fibers and bentonite.

I have to say that the diet is the MOST IMPORTANT thing. If you are not on a diet (sugarfree, carbohydratefree, milkfree, grainfree) you WILL GET herxheimers whole the time and the candida will not go away.

I hope this'll help you. I'm on that programm for nearly a month. My bowels are better, but energy not yet. This will come later on (if all things go well, but everybody has unique problems).
