I have also noticed eating more veggies and fruit I desire less actual water. But if you think about it. The water content of vegetables and fruit is very high, so maybe we are actually still "drinking" the same amount of water, but through our foods and not our glass.

I am all for IF.
I fasted yesterday, because of illness, I have ate sensible today, and tomorrow i believe I will fast again. I feel good doing this, and one day of fasting is so simple after eating better foods, than trying to fast after indulging on all our favorites knowing we are about to embark on a fasting experience.. so sad. Whats even more sad, is i was one of those people... no more, never again!
