I think it's obvious your problem is not with moreless, but with your sister.

To critique what we are doing right or wrong is EXACTLY how moreless is helping. That is how 'guidance' works, my friend. How are you going to know what you are doing wrong if he doesn't say anything about it or critique it? Without it, where is the guidance?

The difference between your sis and moreless is... hate to sound repetitive... INTENT. He's not being critical for the sake of being critical or to make you feel bad. He being critical so you can get it right and eventually become healthy.
