I think I read eat two apples immediately after the dose in some thread on the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement Support Forum. I'm not sure where I read it or where the poster got it from ,but I agree with it.

Actually, my spin on the "eat two apples after taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement " is to add raw nut butter to the apple. Raw is better because it won't go rancid and be carcinogenic like the oils of the cooked nuts can do. So I didn't get that from anyone, I made it up myself because that is what works for me and prevents the nausea for me, but being that I am so easily nauseated by the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement I am sure it would work for anyone..
