Re: I Don't Know If I Can Continue Living Any More

I just want to respond to the swee10thesour. Perhaps you don't mean it like this, but one of your comments is very accusatory and is likely to cause more harm than good. You said:

"if you really wanted to be healthy, u would find a way in a calm, peaceful manner."

There's so much about that comment that is wrong I wouldn't even know where to begin. It sounds like it's coming from someone that's either very young and inexperienced, very immature,or very superficial. Or perhaps you read a new age book about creating your own reality and you're interpreting what you read. Either way, I'm hoping that the original poster will utterly disregard it.

swee10thesour, you're talking to a young person who is in a serious state and who is reaching out for help. Please refrain from making such seriously accusatory statements that have no basis in fact. God bless you for trying, but I just don't think you understand what you sounded like there.

A couple of your suggestions were not bad. Yes, adding salt (only Sea Salt or celtic) to your diet is a good idea for many people. Sitting in the sun can be helpful if you live in a climate where that's possible, especially if you have Depression when you're sun deprived - which does not sound like this poster. Regardless, it sounds like there's a lot more going on here.

To the original poster: You're cared about, and there are others who understand and want to help as best we can.
