You're most welcome. Well, I'm in the process of healing too, but I can share that ozone is really amazingly supportive. It helps me with energy, mental clarity and pain reduction. I had a good machine for years, and when I used it regularly I always felt better. It broke and I bought a very inexpensive machine ($500 or so) off a guy on ebay - trying to save money. It was a disaster. I wasted that money and quite a bit of time while I tried to make the machine work for me. I finally gave up and just didn't use ozone for a long time. Looking back I really regret that purchase and regret that time without the ozone.

I finally just decided to dole out the money and I chose a Longevity machine. The entire set-up cost me about $1700. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but I'm so pleased with it. I started back on it a few days ago and can feel the difference today! I actually cooked a soup this morning from scratch, which I haven't had the energy for in quite some time.

One other thought - while stress (emotional and physical) can impact the adrenals, an undetected infection can do that as well. After about 18 years of misdiagnosis, I finally got diagnosed with late stage lyme disease along with some co-infections. Lyme is rampant around the world, though most doctors don't have a clue and won't even consider testing. Then when they test, they use the old and very bad tests.

If I had chronic fatigue and severe adrenal issues and wasn't positive that it came from trauma, I would check out hidden infections such as lyme, viruses, etc.

I'm now able to target the infections as well as to detox and support the the adrenals.
