More and more educated parents, as opposed to drones, are choosing not to circumcise. Many of my 5 year old son's friends are not circumcised, a lot of their parents are European or South American, but some American like us. All these children were born in America. There is a definite movement like in Mothering Magazine. In fact, parents who choose natural childbirth and breastfeeding are less likely circumcise.

My husband said that nobody cared about the two boys in his locker room in highschool sports that had their foreskin. In fact it was the boys with foreskin who were making fun of those without, not in a mean way though. Additionally, boys foreskin doesn't separate from the glans until they are a couple years old. That is why it is so cruel to manually force it apart in the circumcision procedure. But yes, by the time they are five it would be separated on its own.
