Circumcision does not prevent yeast infections. There are caused by an opportunistic organism, that may be able to flourish for a variety of reasons- most of which have nothing to do with penises at all.

Cleaning a foreskin construed as molestation? I don't see how, I have never heard of diaper changing being treated as molestation.

I'm sorry, I really don't know what you mean by "naturally circumcised"?Can you explain this, please?
