i worked as an rn in a busy full term nursery. during our physical assessment we checked the penis. we looked for hypo or hyperspadius and inspected the foreskin for other abnormalities. occasionally a male would not have very much of a foreskin and rarely none at all. the older nurses called it a "natural circumcision". they were opposed to the idea of not circumsizing a male. my term for it was a short foreskin. i think auto-circumcision sounds like the baby circumsized himself!
