the term still infers that something was done to the foreskin and clearly thst is not the case the newborn was born that way. He was born with a short foreskin! Auto-circumcision infers that the newborn removed part of his own foreskin when none was ever there. The foreskin is shorter than other males just like some males penis' are shorter than others. We don't say when a man has a short penis "oh he has had an auto-penis removal!
