big, grateful thanks to everyone!

i am sorry i didn't get back to my own thread sooner - i had forgotten to check the option to receive an email when there are replies to this thread, and i had replaced my username with the numbers and couldn't find my way back to the thread, so all this time i thought nobody had replied and... here are all these wonderful, knowledgeable posts!
...thank you so much to all of you who've taken the time to guide me, and others, even when it means repeating the same stuff over and over again that we should have been able to find but didn't, etc. THANK YOU ALL - i'm going to employ as much of your advice as i can and, YES TRAPPER :) i will get the Amalgams out as soon as i can possibly afford ............and all these fillings are from when i was an unwitting child, a victim of an ignorant (or perhaps not so?) dentist ...wish me luck! you can bet if i someday have a story of recovery to offer i'll post it here and, until then i'll for sure want to be in the company of all of you. blessings, charity Tweet
