Yes, OP is fine with fillings.
You've asked the BIG question. That was the same question I asked many years ago now when I came here. I was overwhelmed completely. I had a big problem, and I still wasn't completely sure about this natural health thing. I had grown up with western medicine all my life. Even today I have to really pull up my reserves when a western doctor tells one of my family members something. And it doesn't help to have a very best friend who is a GP. (she was an OB/GYN). She mocks me constantly, but what can you do when you love someone and you've loved them for over 35 years. Agree to disagree?
Now that I look back, I really think it boiled down to a few good things.
Cleansings (all of them, liver, kidneys, colon, parasite).
Food - Only whole and organic if you can get it.
Water - I only drink distilled now as I invested in my own distiller
Ah, the supplementation. That one has always been a mystery to me. Yes I know my body needs things, like Selenium, Iodine, etc. But how much for me? I'm different that anyone else. Do I need it by my gender, my weight, my age??? Can I get good things from food as opposed to supplements? Am I taking enough to make a difference? Am I ODing on others?
Oil - No doubt about Essential Fatty Acids. But I'm a bit biased about oil as anyone on Curezone can tell you.
I've done all the cleanses. I tried
The Master Cleanse too for 2 weeks.
I literally stopped everything when my Mom was sick for 5 months. It takes a lot of work and perserverance to keep up with a good protocol. You have to be driven to do so, and you have to change your way of thinking completely. And if you have any external pressures around you making it much easier to fall off that wagon, you may indeed fall if you had many years of bad habits behind you.
I'm no spring chicken now. I was rowing everyday in the gym recently and one night my shoulders were hurting. I was thinking...Oh crap, rotator cups. Sort of freaked me out for a bit. And I'm trying like hell to get back on the horse here.
So....I hope I haven't confused the situation. Everyone will come on here and tell you about what helped them, what is their most important supplements, what cleanses saved their lives, and each and everyone one of them is right. Absolutely. You cannot argue someone who has achieved success in their chosen protocol.
In the end, it's better to look good than feel good. That's a joke people! But really, you can tell you are doing well if you glow. If your skin, hair and nails look healthy. If you have energy. If you have good mental clarity. But it's all sort of hit and miss until you find your perfect personal protocol.
So, read everything. Listen to everyone. Don't jump into anything. Read read read. Testimonials here and on the other natural health sites are pretty much real. You can depend on that. Look for others that helped themselves with similar conditions to yours. Your body is all interconnected. Just because you are having female problems does not mean that you do not have colon issues.
Clean slate my dear. Cleanse first.
Anyway, that's my 2 cents on the subject. Other's may think I'm full of it, but then again, this is my personal trip.
