That does sound delicious Steve!

My problem here in the Midwest United States, is we have no really clean rivers in which our food can be caught from, saltwater fish has to be frozen and shipped, so it's hard to get anything fresh here. Everything is already froze and probably been sitting in a freezer for quite some time.

When i lived in Texas, my father use to take us to catch our own crabs frequently, delicious! Then I remember once he caught a stingray with a 6 foot wingspan! That was the most delicious meat i had ever eaten, seriously. I love seafood, i adore it, it is truly an addiction. i am willing to try any type, and will never turn anything down. But as i said, living where i live, we just do not have access to the freshly caught seafood's like some are, and the frozen stuff is just no comparison! Sad really, i miss the ocean seriously. Hmmm, maybe being a Pisces really does affect my likes and dislikes.
