I just started a few weeks of blood clean-up. I need to get back to niacin-flushing. Grape seed is definitely on the list. I know my circulation isn't that great - it's getting better, for sure. But - these seem to be much more powerful emissions than blood. It happened on the new and full moon for a few days. It made me think it was parasite related - but I know the circulation stuff is on the to-do list.
