so people who want to slip their loved ones an Iodine mickey should probably also slip them lots of selenium too

and also make sure they do some salt flushes like the type recommended by dr. shevin.

make sure the symporters are in good condition too, using methods recommended by Guy Abraham MD.


Just think how bad a person would feel, who was secretly dosing someone with Iodine in the absence of these and other known necessary "companion nutrients", and six months down the road their "loved one" develops a problem from a damaged thyroid or kidney ???? What then ?
