amen and that is the whole point. its not equal protection under the law. there are too many to catch. its just like prohibition. its unconstitutional. if smoking dope isnt the pursuit of happiness then what is?

and then came obama. he admits to inhaling!!! he is the worlds biggest hypocrite if he doesnt change the law. look at all the people who are in jail for basically the same thing he has done.
