I think you missed my point.. People come here to read about fasting, not a day to day hour by hour event log especially about people I don't even know, nor about God every 5 minutes, especially me being an Atheist. I'm all for everyone's religion, but it does turn me off when I am coming for a FASTING SUPPORT forum to constantly see things like this. It would be one thing if this were a Bible support forum but its not.

When is enough?

There are blogs that people can link to, to go on about things like this.

Let's try to keep the topic at hand.
