Hey lady,

I am back from my long absence and read your post. Please, of course it is not too long, this is what we are here to do VENT! I am glad to see you on day 7, but I remember that phase. The...everything smells and people offer everything under the sun phase. Uh...you made it through Thanksgiving...You are MY HERO...well after I got to 12 days...I stopped...I sort of derailed myself by weighing myself. Oh well...time to start again, I probably will start Thursday. But I shall join you.
