JM, Please pass along an "ooorah!", and Semper Fi, to your father and daughter from this former Marine. My oldest son has done 2 tours in AF and 1 in Iraq.

I take the IP-6 like this; 3 grams a day. 1.5 grams before lunch generally 1 hr. I have a habit of waking at 0430 dark. I take 1.5 grams then, an return to sleep til 0530.

You could take it all at once, I just believe in dividing the doses and giving the body time too work with each dose. Tweet
