Re: Fasting and liver, gallbladder...moon, etc.
very interesting about the moon phase, and you sound like you speak from experience. I'd always thought it easier to
Liver Flush when the moon is waning or new. (the body tending to hold on to what it takes in during a full moon, hence some of the full moon "lunacy" that can happen when the brain retains more water even). Also, easier to begin to WF on a new moon, when things are more naturally in release mode. + Good for big new projects. The hot bath sounds good as does the hot water bottle, I never really thought consciously of doing either, before a LF, though I know castor oil packs with heat on them can do wonders in combination with a flush.
Wouldn't trying to provoke a
Liver Flush with stones entering the colon be preferable to do when NOT water fasting? Unless you use an enema, you'd be reabsorbing the toxins, and that would seem to be asking for bad feelings like headache, or general malaise.
