Re: Fasting and liver, gallbladder...
Hello Julia,
as far as i know bigger
Gallstones might be broken into smaller ones by water fast, however it is most efficient for body to eliminate smaller
Gallstones via gallbladder into colon, which normally happens, eventually, during fast or subsequent liver flush. Dissolving is not as easy.
Gallstones can be formed, but not during water fast, in gallbladder, and subsequently in liver ducts, when the gallbladder is already full of stones. Softening is easily achieved before
Liver Flush by a hot bath, or if you do not like hot baths, you may put a hot bottle on your right upper quadrant 4-6 hours before liver flush.
If you do not like liver flush, you may time your 7-9 days fast to the first day of the First Quater of a moon month and then, with a hot bottle on the eve of the night of the fullest moon (day 8 of your fast), you will achieve
Liver Flush naturally, just sit down, relax, have a qiuet, pleasant evening and your body will do the job overnight. On these nights, when the number of gallstones is high, i experience involantary movement of abdominal wall. For that to happen, you need to be relaxed and not move too much.
Good luck,
malah
