Fasting and liver, gallbladder...

Hi everyone! I am planning to start my second long (10-21 day)water fast on Monday. My first 21 day fast was 6 months ago and I was satisfied with the results. I however sometimes feel pain in the right upper quadrant, especially after fatty meals. I have had those symptoms for a few years already. I felt better after my first fast.
Is it true that Water Fasting can soften and even dissolve gallstones? Or is it possible that they might be dislodged and end up in the liver due to prolonged fasting?
I will appreciate any information or personal experiences.
Thanks. Julia
