I think what everyone is trying to tell you is that if you don't weigh then you won't know your progress. I have heard of people being afraid of weighing but it really is only a number. Try and look at it like a gauge to see how much you have accomplished.
You have made progress because it sounds like you are having detox (pain in your legs and sore throat), I don't know the reason you think you look bigger but that is just one more reason to weigh yourself so you have proof that you are losing. Maybe you just think you look bigger but really aren't? I don't know, maybe you are retaining water but I don't think you would retain it that long.
Are you healthy or do you have some medical issues? Are you drinking distilled water only according to thirst or are you doing something else? The answers to these questions will help the forum members to guide you along the correct path.
Don't give up, you have come to the right place for support. We all have to start somewhere and I understand that you will see in the mirror when you reach your goal however, I don't think its possible to drink only water for 7 days and not lose any weight.
You have made great strides toward your goal of weight loss and a healthier body 7 days is quite an accomplishment, and I'm sure the weight loss will show up any day now. When I fasted I was able to fit into a pair of jeans that were too tight to button in just 4 days. Don't quit just because you are discouraged, tomorrow is another day. :-)
