So, if I'm hearing you correctly, you don't weigh yourself because that is the sort of behavior that corresponds to the previous eating disorder? I can totally appreciate not weighing oneself. (and I never weigh myself, though I had picked up some extra weight and *partly* wanted to lose that on my long fast. Don't own a scale.) I'm guessing that the mention of your being "afraid to" might prompt a thought that perhaps EFT could help with that fear.
Fear is never really a good thing -- While an emotionally neutral, clear decision to *not be fixated on weighing and weight* is a *good* place to come to.
