I assume that when you say Liver Flush you are referring to the olive oil, lemon juice and magnesium sulfate ( Epsom Salts ) flush. Personally I don't like these flushes, and have written about the problems with them several places on these boards.

As for the bladder, it is likely the magnesium sulfate. Bladder urgency can be from a spastic bladder. Spasms can be from high serum calcium levels because calcium is a muscle contractor. Magnesium is a muscle relaxant, which is why it helps things like high blood pressure (substitutes for calcium channel blockers), spastic bladder, restless leg syndrome, nocturnal cramping, and asthma.
