Doctor wanted me to admit to that. I refused, and went to the Diabetic Clinic, for lessons. I got my readings down to the point that they told me to come back in a year...and I haven't been back since.


"Are you taking chromium?"

Nope. I figure chromium and every other mineral salt will be in the crystal mineral salts bath I will be doing regularly, once I figure out how to easily get out of the tub. My outdoors job is strengthening me very nicely.


"Is the red stuff coagulated blood?"

Nope. They 'fixed' me years ago...bless their pea-picking little hearts. I could give someone SUCH a smack!

These were definitely critters, unless I had lost track of some sewing thread. All the 1/4" ones were uniform...even to the appearance of being square-snipped at both ends. All told, in the two sightings, there were about a dozen of them...but only one 1/2" one in the third sighting.
