As you have found out, it is possible. Just make sure that you are both in agreement before you start this because if things go south & you find you aren't in agreement, the court may be limited in what it can order. Court jurisdiction can be tricky but when you both agree to overlook any possible problems with jurisdiction, you are usually fine. Tweet
