I think a FAQ would help. It seems like people make the same mistakes over and over again and we repeat the same information 75% of the time. If the FAQ helps even one person not get really sick or not have a bad experience with fasting, I think it's worth it imo.

Just remember, we're not trying to put every single detail on fasting into the FAQ, just the basics.

The FAQ is important, because we won't always be blessed with Chrisb's presence here, and you have no idea if he (or other knowledgable people) will have the time in the future to answer people's questions.
