Perhaps instead of FAQ's it's a list of "Things to consider before fasting".
I think we all agree on most basics like, it better to eat really healthy and/or juice in the days leading up to a fast; it's preferable to drink according to thirst; soft drinks, coffee, energy drinks do not have a place on a water fast; ideally one should break a fast with fresh juices; it's to be expected to go through various levels of detoxing such as headaches, post-nasal drip, etc.
