Hello All:

I think it is a great idea to guide a new comer to a place where they can study about fasting before they start fasting just learning from one or two posters' kind responses.

Currently under Fasting Forum if you were to click on FAQ button you will see this....

There is not much to read, no order or hierarchies.

Perhaps we can gather information in one place and add radio button called "FASTING PROTOCOL" next to Survey, BSA, RRR message buttons....like this......

Although one can always go and read all the recommended messages, it would be best if new comers can read everything from one place and then come back to forum to ask questions. If they ask questions before reading the protocol section, then one of us can always point out that they need to go to the protocol section first and then ask questions. I think fasting forum is the most active forum here on CZ and we should keep it that way, but this new idea will allow us o focus on most important things in helping people. Also we should not have this forum connected to Facebook or any other sites like that, it may create chaos, and hard to control forum. Here at CZ people who come for help have already accepted certain principals of healing and are searching for more detailed answers.

Hope someone can make this happen.
