I'll make a rough guess you're talking about me, as one of those regimented people. If not, that's fine too. I don't take offense either way.
I just learned a few minutes ago that Mouseclick set up the Facebook forum--didn't know that, and Raine calls it the "official" site for this forum.

I'm sort of concerned that the social and often flitty aspect of Facebook can lead people to come here with some very half-formed ideas of the water fast--who then are NOT directed to doing some study of the whole process.

I believe they should first be advised to study, and then come back with questions. Otherwise, they have to balance a lot of ideas and suggestions...some of these can be dubious at best--and this forum then becomes more one of social networking.
A funny kind of switcheroo.


Water fasting is serious. Maybe that's why I'm so deadly serious at times.
