Re: "guidelines"
yay! the beauty of "I agree" is that there's also an "I disagree", so now it becomes clear one person agrees, (that was me) and one, (at least) disagrees.
You can't really tell how many disagree, but you can see at least one does, by the
word "persons".
Anyway: guidelines. I don't see it as squelching people's freedom, as some evidently do. It's always a contentious issue, and I recall all sorts of discussion about it on the
Master Cleanse Forum , where people are always showing up who want to do their own version of the MC...and the 'MC masters', who've been doing it a long time and have taken on the mantel of being experts, feel called upon to repeat *what
The Master Cleanse is* and why it makes sense to do it "by the book" (or at least read the book!!!!),how the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) works, and why, etc. etc.
I'll leave it up to others to come to some consensus. (My experience is, this discussion can take a lot of time and energy, and cause bad feelings.) One thing
that might be worth remembering is, there's always room on curezone for all sorts of offshoot groups, if folks feel this forum is too dominated by 'the old school'.
This is though, the "water fasting" forum, just as the
Master-Cleanse forum is the
Master-Cleanse forum.
--and there is a "fasting" forum, that seems to encourage much more support for issues outside the scope of "water fasting".
Chris -and his story- might not be known to some people who are posting here. If he's not, all the more reason for a FAQ. It would speak (volumes) for itself.
