As an outsider, obviously I (or anyone else) can't know the whole story. It's the classic "he said..." "she said..." What is clear, however, is that you both either need to get marriage counseling or get a divorce. If it is the latter, always be sure to keep the kids' needs front and center. Don't drag them into the whole mess.
