Here's some specs on oregano oil

It is a powerful anti-infectious agent for respiratory, intestines, genital, nerves, blood and lymphatics with large spectrum activity against bacteria, mycobacteria, fungus, virus and parasites. It is a general tonic and immune stimulant. This came out of my Essential Oils reference book.
Distilled water also flushes a lot of toxins out of the system.
