Nothing that detoxes the lymph, blood or the tissues right now. No antioxidant teas or anything like that. That's all in Doc's CD. Go up here to the top of the page and click on his website, GET HIS CD! That explains SO much and answers so many of your questions. I HIGHLY recmmend that you do this and listen over and over to it until you understand it.
EDIT: The liver is what filters out the blood of all the toxins and junk that make us sick. That HAS to be cleaned out if the liver enzymes are going up. When the liver stops functioning, WE stop functioning. I cleaned that out and then the lymph, the blood and the cells started dumping back thru the liver on their own. Then I had to do a few more liver fushes to get THAT out like the lymphatic debris and stuff. I have been at this 11 months. I know the program works.
