I have no doubt after my experience with the colon cleanse and how sick it made me that my illness it caused by a toxic body. The question is where are those toxins coming from?

The fact that my liver enzymes are slowly creeping up seem to be indication that my liver is working extremely hard to try and keep up. My tongue also has a thick white coating, further evidence of liver distress I think!

Brain fog, fatigue breaking into cold sweats etc got worse whilst I was colon cleansing, in fact every day that the colon cleanse went on those symptoms became worse until I was forced to stop the cleanse. It's now 36hrs since I stopped the colon cleanse and I'm still feeling its nasty effects!

The fact that this illness started as a gut infection which put me in hospital and the fact that I have many problem with bloating and gut pain leads me to believe that the root of the problem is in my intestines - but this is only a guess!

So, I agree that they way forward is to locate the source of the toxins, eradicate them and then cleanse my body of the toxic build-up. The question is how do I accurately determine the source of the toxins?

Whatever I do will need to be done slowly - the colon cleanse over the last few days has shown me that if I go to past I will feel too sick and the price is too high, especially when I feel like shit already! Tweet
