Re: Colonics and massaging

On Day 5 now - I'm still having bowel movements (checking them for interesting form, shape, parasites, etc - nothing yet), so I suppose I'm putting off the question of flushing. It'd be too good to be true to think that the urine alone is laxative enough, wouldn't it? We will see. No dizziness yet - was very tired yesterday, so perhaps I will try massaging now that you say it helps with energy. I find it difficult to be up and about for even as much as 12 hours, and tend to just lie in bed once darknesss has firmly descended.Then when the sun shines around 7 in the morning I am ready to get up. Yesterday I had mental/physical energy enough to start tackling some household clean-up chores I could not even think about BEFORE I started fasting.

For a little while yesterday (day 4),I had a bout of wheezing and hives, and my eye twitched. I don't believe that these are Things That Woud Happen to Everyone on day 4 - I have weakness in my eye and I am prone to wheezing and mold-allergy around old LPs and dusty books, so once again detox seems to be an individual matter, and each person may have detox sympoms that reflect his/her "proble areas".

I feel bad to have to say that yesterday I somewhat cheated - I did not drink all my daytime urine. Yesterday I supplemented with some water - not a lot, but then I kept urinating copiously every few minutes or so. At first I bravely drank it all, though it was clear and tasted like water, but towards evening, I felt stuffed and stressed and it just seemed intuitive not to force myself to keep drinking it, so I poured it aside to put in a bath or something.
