Hi, thanks. I have actually reduced them before and have gotten sick again and ended up in the hospital. However, I was very angry about taking medicine then, and I wasn't going to let anyone convince me to take it. I wonder if now I might be able to self-monitor, especially if I worked with my doctor so that he could tell me if he thought I was relapsing. However, last time I went off them my relapse felt quite severe, and I always kind of assumed that this was from the effect of multiple relapses. However, I guess it could have been a medicine withdrawal too. Or maybe it wasn't as bad as I thought.
I think I'll probably give it a shot. The only other thing though is that it takes about 4-6 weeks for the medicine to have its full effect. Tweet
