Re: Why so much anger while cleansing?
Maybe feelings are buried with toxins. Don't know for sure, but I think so.
There's a story about
Psoriasis on CureZone that links feelings and ailments. Take a look...

At the very least, such an outlook can do no harm...as long as your spouse agrees, I suppose.
And, what if it does much good?
Be sure to tell your associates what you are doing, cleansing, so they don't up and smack you.
Another way to let out anger is to roll up an old newspaper and beat it to death on the kitchen counter. That's the only piece of furniture strong enough to take it.
Don't let the kids see or hear you...you may create a monster.
Actually, I found myself feeling silly, after about three whacks.
An old pillow is useful, too. And a good soak in a warm bath.
The thing with old, buried emotions is that they don't last long when they are coming out...nor should they. One might get in the habit.
So don't up and do something you'll regret.
The best advice I ever heard on this, is that, in a fight, we should never put anything on the table that we aren't prepared to lose, or lose at.
Weapons, of course, grandma's china included; Christmas; the marriage; sexuality...nor any form of blackmail. Beyond these, and the children, have at 'er...once you've told that you are 'cleansing'.
Running around the block may be a better idea, but dress first.
Pay yourself a treat, like a movie, or a new pair of shoes, if your anger runs out of steam before the activity does.
