Re: re: anxiety

On "The rest of the story" on my CD I get into the problems with doing this program and deciding to be healthy. The alienation of friends, family, doctors, even preachers. Not an easy road to go down. Seems there's no help to be had. And when I was putting all this togehter there was indeed no help. But us Combat guys are crazy anyway and like doing things alone so that part of it wasn't a problem.

I thought the emotional roller-coaster ride was just me because of the war stuff but when I started teaching this to others I discovered everyone else that was seriously ill went through the same thing.

Hang on it does get better but it is indeed something you have to go through.

When you come out the other side you'll have your complete complimant of emotions back unincumbered by drugs or dogma.

It IS a once in a life time deal. Only have to do this once. Thank God. But once healthy you'll see that there was no other way to accomplish this.

And the second time around is much, much, much, much, better. It's just fun...
