On the replacement nutrients

Hi:
One thing that is important to say about the replacement nutrients that include the amino acids is that it will take 3 months of being on them to see the depression lift. That is what I was told by the orthomolecular doctor who prescribed them for me. She was right. The drugs cause depression and anxiety and depletion of the nutrients that keep us from getting that way in the first place. I think it was stress from the bugs and the anxiety they caused that was my initial problem, then the drugs made it even worse.
