I mix up a separate 6 drop dose that is just for brushing my teeth with and rinsing when done. I do not swallow any of this batch it is only for my teeth. My dentist was amazed in a matter of only a couple of times she said one of the pockets in my teeth had gone down 75% and she had never seen that happen before. I did not tell her what I had been doing but I will if she ask.:)) I don't do this every day just a couple of times a week.
i have heard way back in the older post of some people rinsing there mouth with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement then swallowing the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . So I guess it is an individual preference.
