I didn't throw away anything. I just kept repeating the swishing in my mouth with more out of the glass until it was all gone. I rinse for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until all of the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement solution is gone. Then I do rinse my mouth out with water when I am done just as you did.
Sure hope it helps-i know it helps me.:))
