Re: Fledgling
Hi, sweetie,
It's 2 a.m. here, now what are we doing out of bed?!
I use the H. because I really don't want to limit the concept to Himalayan. There may be other ancient ocean deposits most anywhere in the world, I hope, I hope, I hope.
And I use the term mineral saltS because I was taught, years ago, that's all we are...85% water, and about $.89 worth of minerals. When the body has these minerals, balanced by plants, it can produce most anything we need from them.
Apparently we lost the ability to manufacture Vitamin C, within, because it was so plentiful in our food, back then.
'Table salt' refers only to the grind...fine, but I find it somewhat gritty in this product. It's far better, as I see it, to melt the rocks into sole (so-lay), and take just a tiny bit in liquid form.
As you read, you'll see what I mean.
I wanted to add that sleep is very important. I recently found this post by an expert...

Sounds good to me, and I'll be heading back there in a moment. (I made the mistake of eating homemade macaroni and cheese tonight and drinking a malted milkshake. Acidity if I ever saw it! And, after an hour and a half of sleep, I was up to the bathroom with my old, old friend, urinary urgency...plain old irritation.)
Hon, I must tell you, when the body begins to balance itself, from more wholesome things inside and out, the relief is wonderful. We even begin to forget how 'bad' it once was.
Advertising wants us to 'look' at this or that, to sell us things, and world events are confusing and stressful. I mean, how much stress can we take?
Best to return to the simple things, and trust in our inner spark to find our way to peaceful contentment. That's possible, you know.
There's a fellow in Mississippi whose foremothers taught him the value of herbs and spices in keeping internally clean. He's been doing this since he was two years old...and he wants to share with the world.
When you've got a minute, read all you can at the Ask Humaworm forum, here on CureZone, and at his website...

There is good sense there.
But please, don't take any of this so seriously as to become stuck with any one thing, or alarmed.
It's only a learning curve...you'll find your way, I promise, if you don't sweat anything.
Grin at yourself in the mirror, and return to thinking only about the good things, the quiet things that make life so beautiful.
You are doing a fine job. Trust that, and do what feels good, next.
Nighty, night.
