ok, so, H.crystal mineral salts? ..what is the "H" for? I will order that! I could prob. use that too! lol .. now, you said that when you took your bath, you used the WHOLE box of salt? also, you said you used table salt .... i thought it was H.crystal mineral salt? I think i'm getting confused here..lol ... it's supposed to be mineral salt, right? You mentioned "grounding"...as in, feeling "grounded", versus, feeling tense, fearful, leary of things,..etc....right? that sounds good!
