Re: MS and you as my best friend

What's misleading or erroneous? I didn't say anything about CS in that post - I said what I would do. If I wanted to try a natural remedy for MS, I would take oleander over CS because there's far more "rational basis" behind taking oleander for MS than there is behind taking CS.
rational basis for taking oleander for MS:

- oleandrin + inhibition of NF-kB
Oleandrin Suppresses Activation of Nuclear Transcriiption Factor-kB, Activator
Protein-1, and c-Jun NH2-Terminal Kinase:

Cardiac glycosides inhibit TNF-α/NF-κB signaling by blocking recruitment of TNF receptor-associated death domain to the TNF receptor

- Why inhibiting NF-kB MAY help for MS:

Here's a good list of other substances that, to varying degrees, inhibit NF-kB:

I don't know if oleander will be helpful (nobody really does), but I suspect that the chances are a lot higher that oleander will be helpful than that CS will (I have not yet heard a plausible mechanism for the utility of CS for MS or autoimmune disease in general, although if someone has one, I will be delighted to hear it).

What does "supporting the immune system" even mean? HOW does CS support the immune system? "immune support" and "immune boost" are two buzzword terms that mean absolutely nothing.
